When and where is the event taking place?
Airspace Abu Dhabi will be held from 13 to 14 October 2026 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) in the United Arab Emirates.

Is there a cost to attend?
No, Airspace Abu Dhabi 2026 is free to attend. Once registration opens in 2026, simply complete the online registration form.

How can I apply to speak at the event?
Speaker submissions open in February 2026. You can submit your proposal online, including your topic, bio, and session preference.

Sessions aligned with regional priorities—such as ATFM, SWIM, UTM, digital transformation, capacity building, and airspace sustainability—will be prioritised.
Will speakers receive complimentary passes?
Yes. Confirmed speakers will receive full access to the event and additional profile-raising opportunities.
