Speaker Criteria & Guidelines

We welcome submissions from across the aviation and airspace ecosystem, particularly those representing:

ANSPs and CAAs from Africa, the Middle East, and Euro-Asia
Innovators and tech solution providers delivering scalable, region-ready systems
Policy leaders, sustainability advocates, and infrastructure specialists

Academia and research institutions
Underrepresented voices – including women, youth, and emerging leaders

Successful proposals will:

Address practical implementation, not just vision

Align with one or more of the event’s strategic content pillars

Offer insight that is regionally relevant and globally applicable

Contribute to cross-border learning and collaboration
